Terms of Service

Welcome to Horus MMO (Modern Media Operations). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and digital products offered by Horus MMO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Horus MMO (Modern Media Operations) LLC is a US-registered B2B digital agency and IT consulting firm. Our operational office is located at 34 Third Zone, Neighborhood 1, El Shorouk, Cairo, Egypt. All inquiries may be directed to support@horusmmo.com.

2. Services Offered

We provide productized technical consulting services and custom digital solutions to business clients. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Windows Driver Development & System Integration Consulting
• Local AI Model Deployment & Server Configuration
• Software Reverse Engineering & Security Analysis
• Network Administration & Infrastructure Setup
• E-commerce Web Design & Redesign Packages

Service descriptions and pricing are published on our website and may be updated at our discretion. Custom engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Eligibility

Our services are designed for business entities and professionals. By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

4. Service Engagement & Invoicing

All service requests are initiated by contacting our team via email or through the "Request Service" functionality on our website. Upon receiving a service request, we will provide a detailed scope-of-work and an invoice. Work commences only after the client has reviewed and accepted the invoice and, where applicable, remitted payment.

Hourly-rate services are billed based on time tracked and reported. Fixed-price services are billed as a single payment unless otherwise stated in the agreed SOW.

5. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of invoicing. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing services for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client-Owned Deliverables

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables produced for the client under a specific engagement are transferred to the client. This includes source code, documentation, and design assets explicitly created for the project.

6.2 Company-Owned Materials

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and proprietary methodologies used in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of Horus MMO. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials solely as integrated into their deliverables.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Horus MMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties & Disclaimer

We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for excellence and accuracy in all deliverables, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination. Any deposits or prepayments will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by direct notice to active clients. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
